Just because we are working moms with a crazy schedule, doesn’t mean we don’t get ‘me time.’ This Mothers Day the radio talked about how most moms just wanted 10 minutes to be alone or want at minimum to go to the bathroom without everyone bothering them. That made me sad, because time to absorb, sit in silence, and reflect is extremely important for everyone’s mental health. So don’t forget to schedule that time for yourself!

My motto 2 years ago became, ‘See your best look your best!’ If I have pigment spots and red splotches then no one can actually see the best version of me! My advice this year is hydrate and maintain! Drink that large water bottle, use the good eye drops and find a good skincare routine!
