The more of this you do in pregnancy, the less likely you’ll need to do it in labor

Most "liked" birth position of 2025: Forward Inversion.

Doing inversions every day can help you lengthen and soften your uterine ligaments, as well as help resolve any twist in the lower uterine segment.

The weight of baby and uterus streeeeetches out those ligaments to reduce torque and helps baby get into a great position for birth.

It’s been a wild year! Babies coming faster than we could arrive, unexpected but very necessary cesareans, two en caul births in a single day, a devastating loss at 38wks. Such a whirlwind of the highest of highs & the lowest of lows. But through it all, we witnessed strength, resilience, empowerment, sacrifice, and the greatest of all: Love.
