‘Tis the season!!!! Christmas is almost here and New Years is right around the corner! It’s been a great year, it’s flown by so fast but they do say “time flies when you’re havin fun!” 🥰

That being said, we’re ending the year with a well needed vacation! Trish wants to see her grand babies so we have planned a trip to Ohio. Pray for us we were not built for the cold 🥶

Our office hours for the holidays are going to be as follows, PLEASE make sure to have your medications refilled PRIOR to us closing we will NOT be monitoring our phones or emails. Tell your friends who may not have Facebook, to call ahead for any refills that may be needed over the break.

December 29th through January 3rd we will be CLOSED

Welcome!!! We are so excited to announce our new office! Week one was a success! A few bumps along the way but growing pains are normal and we are just happy to be growing! With the help and support of our staff and our patients we have high hopes for the future! Can’t wait to see everyone’s smiling faces in our new forever home 🥰 yay!!!

Happy Moving Day!!
We are happy to announce, it's finally time!!
Today is the big day!! In order to make sure everything is ready in time, we have decided to be closed today and Monday, the 23rd.
We understand that emergencies happen, so please call and leave a message if you need someone to call you back. We will be very busy this weekend getting everything ready.
Thanks again for everyone's patience with us. Can't wait to see everyone in our new home!!

This week, there was an incident with the power company that caused the power to go out in our whole building. We know this was very inconvenient for a lot of people, including ourselves.
We are working hard to make sure that everyone gets called back, but if you called yesterday and still haven't heard from us, we are up and running today. Please give us a call today, and we would be glad to help you get what you need before the long weekend.

We're Moving!!!
Don't be alarmed, we will not be far away. We will be moving downstairs into unit #103 coming soon!!! This has been a long road, but we are finally confident enough to say watch out, Lowcountry Family Care is EXPANDING!! Thank you to everyone who has supported us through our journey.

Speaking of hard times, with all the changes happening, we are also changing our computer program for electronic charting. This means we are finally offering reminder texts again! This transition is not easy though, so please bear with us through the process.

Last, we will be closed on Friday for the next few weeks. Please make sure that you get your refills and appointments scheduled Monday-Thursday so that you can prepare for the long weekend without us. If you have an emergency please leave a voicemail, we will return your call as soon as possible. Of course if you are sick, please give us a call.

We knew this day would come... It just came way too fast. This is the end of one chapter and the beginning of another for our dear friend and coworker Christina!! We will miss you so much but we know you will be an amazing doctor and you are going to do great things! You have such a bright future ahead of you!! Good luck in med school girl!

P.S.
We will all be anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new MD in the office in 8 years :)

We want to apologize if we missed your call this week, we are extremely busy. There are only 3 of us this week, as we have a couple employees home sick. Christmas is here!! We have had a great year but we are ready for an even better 2025! Thank you for your support this past year! We are looking forward to some changes in the New Year!

We are excited to announce that we purchased a forever home for Lowcountry Family Care!
It is currently under construction, but we will be moving in early in 2025! We are looking forward to a healthy, prosperous year ahead!
Our new address will be 23 N Main street, Suite 103. We will keep you updated on our move in date as construction progresses.

We do want to share our Christmas and New Year schedule for the office. We will be open Monday, December 23rd all day and December 30th all day. We will be closed on December 25th and January 1st.
All the other days we will be open for appointments only until noon but please call or text in advance to be sure someone is at the office. We will either be there or we will meet you there.

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
