Good afternoon Lowcountry Family!
So… Our phones are down hopefully no longer than tomorrow! The internet is spotty so please be patient with us when it comes to sending mediation refills and referrals.
We are working on this and will get back to everyone who leaves a message or email as soon as we can. We were hoping to have the problem solved by now, unfortunately Spectrum can’t come until tomorrow.
We do still have our cell phone you can reach by call or text at 843.816.7266. Please leave a voicemail if we don’t answer, we will do our best to respond to all voicemails by the end of the day.
Nicole and Kayla can be reached by email with their “name@lowcountryfamilycare.com”. We have an automatic response which will tell you we are not monitoring for emergencies, this will be an exception, we will monitor our emails through the day until we have this problem resolved. Please refrain from emailing anything urgent or routine in the future.
Please do not explode our phones at this time with routine or non urgent questions. We are doing our best to gracefully get through this and multiple phone calls are going to make the process harder on our staff.
