Please join us in welcoming Nathan Mansell as the Center Manager of our brand new Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina clinic!
Nathan earned his degree in Athletic Training from the College of Charleston and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. He has proudly served patients and athletes in the Charleston area since 2011 and has provided sports medicine coverage for the United States national soccer teams since 2015, most recently at the 2025 U17 World Cup in Doha, Qatar.
With extensive experience working alongside elite athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, European soccer leagues, NCAA programs, and professional ballet companies, Nathan specializes in post-operative care and helping patients safely return to sport. He’s equally passionate about helping our community move better and feel better— whether that’s getting back to competition or simply getting through everyday life pain-free.
Nathan is leading the way at our new Mt. Pleasant clinic and is excited to serve this incredible community. We can’t wait for you to meet him!

Meet Alena! Originally from Pennsylvania, Alena is a graduate of Penn State Hazleton, where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She is passionate about helping others and is committed to improving function and overall well-being for each of her patients. Alena enjoys working with individuals of all ages, helping them reach their goals and return to the activities they love most.

“I had the privilege of completing a six-week clinical at Radius. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and everyone was incredibly kind and encouraging throughout my learning experience. Radius truly puts the needs of their patients above all else. I’m so thankful to officially be part of the Radius team and excited to continue growing while serving this community.”

Outside of the clinic, Alena enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
