The Preston's mission is to serve our residents’ evolving healthcare needs with skill & compassion.

At The Preston Health Center, our mission is to take care of your loved ones in all the ways that matter most: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our medical team consists of physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, social workers, dietitians, and an activities coordinator. Together, they collaborate to create an individualized plan of action for each resident to ensure that all of their specific medical and quality-of-life needs are being met. For Preston residents living with dementia, Heartfelt Connections is a Signature Experience program with person-centered approach. It celebrates who they are, as well as who they were, and who they can still become. A cornerstone of our Heartfelt Connections experience is focusing on what remains versus what has been lost, through unique programs and approaches.
