🎅🏼 Portion control - make a small plate and eat the food you LIKE! Of course, be polite and try what you are being served, but if you don’t like it, don’t eat it! Talk about wasted calories!
💚 SLEEP! Set yourself up for success by getting a good nights rest, so you’re ripping and roaring the next morning!
🤶🏻Eat veggies and Whole Foods! Sneak in your veggies any way you can - blend in a protein shake, have a side of broccoli for breakfast! (IYKYK!)
💧 Drink plenty of water! This will help to counter balance any other beverages you may be consuming 😉
