🌟 A HUGE THANK YOU TO DELTA DENTAL! 🌟

Volunteers in Medicine Clinic of Hilton Head Island recently received a $20,000 grant from Delta Dental of South Carolina in support of VIM’s oral health and educational programs. 🦷

VIM’s dental clinic delivers over $1.2 million in essential dental care each year, performing more than 3,600 procedures for children and adults. VIM’s state-of-the-art clinic provides comprehensive treatment to patients who often have nowhere else to turn. Nearly 25 percent of VIM’s dental services are emergency-based, reflecting the urgent need in our community.

VIM HHI Teed Off in Style at the 31st Annual William P. Stevens Jr. Golf Outing on June 9! 🏌🏻‍♂️

This sold-out spectacular at Long Cove Club brought 120 golf enthusiasts together to swing for a cause—raising nearly $80,000 to deliver free medical, dental, and mental health care to nearly 5,000 underserved neighbors on Hilton Head and Daufuskie Island!

Have you wondered about a community's impact on health?

We paired with Neighborhood Outreach Connection for free dental screenings, VIM registration, and essential wellness info. A perfect health partnership! 💙

At NOC and VIM HHI, we deliver vital screenings and education to Beaufort County neighborhoods, targeting uninsured individuals. Our May screening at New Oaks Learning Center reached over 70 people in two and a half hours! ⏱️ Incredible, right?

Early detection and disease prevention are keys to healthier lives. By sharing health knowledge and care access, we're fostering vibrant communities. 🌿

HEALTH FAIR FUN 🩺🎉

Guess what we’ve been up to! On May 3, we teamed up with The First African Baptist Church for an amazing Health Fair. Did you stop by?

We provided free oral screenings 🦷 and blood pressure testing 💪, VIM registration and health and wellness information. It was a fantastic chance to take charge of your health!

Spotted in the crowd were our wonderful Board Member Diane Neal, former Executive Director Dr. Ray Cox, along with Jennifer Gatlin and Miriam Arvelo from our clinic. Debbie Anderson from Memory Matters also joined the fun!
