🌿 Growing Something Special Together 💙

A heartfelt thank you to the members of the Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island for spending time with us earlier this month to help beautify our campus and create an incredible new garden in our parking lot!

Because of their hard work and generosity, we now have a vibrant space that will continue to grow and give back. In the second photo, you’ll see our wonderful wellness volunteer, Mari Magruder, planting veggies in the new garden the Rotary Club helped bring to life 🌱

This is what community looks like; hands in the soil, hearts in the mission, and neighbors coming together to make something meaningful.

💙 Changing Young Lives, One Gift at a Time 💙

We are deeply grateful to the Palmetto Dunes Cares Fund for their generous $5,000 grant supporting pediatric care at VIM HHI.

Because of this meaningful gift, more children in our community will receive the compassionate, high-quality healthcare they need to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. For families without access to health insurance, this support means comfort, care, and hope when it matters most.

Together, we are helping transform the lives of children, and strengthening the future of our community.

A Community That Cares 💙

Thank you to the Indigo Run community for their over-the-counter medicine drive in support of VIM HHI.

These simple items bring real relief, helping our patients care for themselves with comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.

Their generosity is a powerful reminder that this community truly looks out for one another.

🏕️ Camp VIM: Where Gratitude Grows 💙

For Volunteer Appreciation Week, we traded scrubs for camp vibes and headed into the great outdoors to celebrate the incredible people who make our mission possible.

From cozy moments and a little wilderness spirit to a festive picnic filled with great food, drinks, co****le, and live music, Camp VIM was all about gratitude and community.

The highlight? Honoring our amazing volunteers with Annual Volunteer Awards and celebrating service milestones as each volunteer received their pins, a meaningful tribute to the time, heart, and dedication they give to caring for our neighbors.

To every volunteer who shows up, gives back, and makes a difference: thank you. VIM simply wouldn’t be VIM without you.

⛳️ What a Day on the Course! ⛳️

The 32nd Annual William P. Stevens, Jr. Golf Classic was a hole-in-one... and we’re still smiling!

From great shots and friendly competition to incredible community spirit, this year’s tournament was a true celebration of what makes VIM HHI so special. Because of our amazing players, sponsors, and supporters, we’re able to continue providing compassionate, no-cost healthcare to more than 5,000 neighbors each year.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and made the day such a success. We couldn’t do it without you!

💙 Big Thanks for a Big Impact! 💙

A huge thank you to Church Mouse Boutique Thrift Shop for their generous $20,000 donation to VIM HH!

This incredible gift will help us upgrade patient tables in our exam rooms; enhancing comfort, safety, and the quality of care for every patient who walks through our doors.

It’s support like this that truly moves our mission forward and strengthens the care we provide to our community each and every day. And it's another great example of, neighbors helping neighbors.

💙 March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month

Colorectal cancer is highly preventable, and highly treatable, when caught early. But for many of our neighbors without health insurance, lifesaving screenings simply aren’t an option.

At VIM HHI, we believe no one should face that risk alone.

A $75 gift can provide a free colonoscopy for someone in our community who otherwise could not afford this critical exam.

One screening. One act of generosity. One life potentially saved.

💙 Celebrating Nurses Who Care for Our Community 💙

We’re proud to share that two of VIM HHI’s incredible nurses, Pat Fall and Lynne Hutchison, were honored through the Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island Nurse Appreciation Program!

Seven outstanding nurses from across our community were recognized with a personal bio, a Commendation from the Mayor’s Office, a Certificate of Recognition from Rotary, and a gift bag filled with thoughtful goodies and gift cards from generous local businesses.

Also honored were nurses from Novant Health, The Seabrook, and Friends of Caroline Hospice.

The celebration included Rotary President Terry Brashears and Mayor Pro-tem Alex Brown, pictured here with our wonderful Pat and Lynne on the right.

Congratulations to both of you and thank you for the compassion and dedication you bring to our patients every day!
