* We will focus on gratitude proven to promote greater happiness, health, and relationships
* RELAX in restorative mat poses with healing frequencies
Let the vibration and soothing resonance of the symphonic gong, koshi chimes, ocean drum and pan drum allow you to enter into a deep meditative state of the physical, emotional and spiritual bliss bodies as proven by science
* Use the studio’s or bring your mat, blanket, pillows and an eye mask
*Essential oils will be offered to deepen the relaxation experience

No yoga or meditation experience necessary! $35 in advance, $40 day of

Fall is in the air 🍂🍁as each week we focus on a different chakra. This week we focus on manipura.
Join me for breathing, Yin yoga 🧘‍♂️ with sound (chimes, ocean drum, Hapi drum)at The Yoga and Pilates Co-op, 1012 William Hilton Pkwy. ste. 1, Hilton Head.

Class will begin at 4:45pm Wednesday, November 12. I will unlock at 4:30pm. 😉

All levels; leave feeling open, spacious, blissed and blessed!

Please arrive 10 minutes before class.

Because I rent studio space, Registrations must be received Tuesday by 4:30pm or I must cancel if not enough participants.

THIS Saturday, free mexican food, class demonstrations…I will be offering a guided gong meditation at 4:30pm and raffling off a serenity sound guided meditation session. This is a beautiful space with wonderful instructors, come check it out😉Can’t believe it’s been five years😉.
