Main Street Medical is doing COVID-19 testing 7 days a week. Mon-Fri 9-4:30 appointments available and Sat-Sun no appointments necessary 9-1:30.

When you arrive at the office, call 843-681-3777 to check in. You will wait in your vehicle until you are called for your turn to be tested in our outside testing area.
