I’m Lynne Campanaro, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach. My extensive education has equipped me with innovative knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle management techniques. Drawing on this expertise, I help my clients mindfully get control of their emotional eating (overeating in general) and develop sustainable habits to transform their lives; body, mind, and soul. After going through my own transformation, I am amazed at what seemed to be a lifetime of yo-yo dieting and body loathing I’m finally at my natural weight with absolute ease. I used to think that the secret to happiness was being a size 2. Now I know the secret to lasting weight loss is to get happy. Spiritual people that inspire me... In light of recent tragic events, I just want to remind you that you have the power to be the change in this world without hate. Bring your differences into the world with love and goodness. And no matter what happens, when "debating" don’t let hate harden your heart or dim the beautiful person you are. Keep shining your light—More like Jesus, less like us!
