We’re Still Open - Protection Against Coronavirus

As the COVID-19 pandemic sweeps across the nation, the safety and well-being of our patients and team members is top priority. Horizon now offers a new option for off-site patient care called Telehealth. This technology allows our therapists to deliver an in-person experience at a safe distance while treating orthopedic conditions, vestibular dysfunction, and pelvic floor dysfunction, to name a few. We also offer a Home & Go Program where patients receive an initial clinic visit, then are provided with exercise and instructions to complete at home to reduce community exposure.

We pride ourselves on the diversity of our therapists, the programs we offer, and the manner in which we deliver specialized care to our patients. Our programs are specifically designed to fit the local needs of the Lowcountry. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services as well as comprehensive sports medicine programs.
