We’re moving into town! HOP will be moving to a town location beginning 9/1. The Waipio Training Center will close on 8/28.

Our new facility will be located in Honolulu at 1212 Punahou Street (the old Punahou Spa). The parking structure is accessible from Beretania Street ($1/hr when you mention Boot Camp).

Sports Medicine and Performance Training appointments will continue to be scheduled on the hour M-F from 8a-6p. Tap the call button in our profile to schedule.
