September is World Su***de Prevention Month
Hale ʻO Honolulu Clubhouse proudly joined the global effort to raise awareness and support mental health by participating in key community events. Members and staff waived signs along School Street to promote hope and spread awareness. The Clubhouse also took part in the Out of the Darkness Walk, showing solidarity with those affected by su***de and reinforcing the message that no one is alone.

September is Su***de Prevention Month, and our clubhouse has been actively raising awareness and showing support for this important cause.
This past week, we participated in two powerful events:
🪧 Sign Waving – September 10th: Our members took to the streets with messages of hope and awareness, reminding our community that you are not alone.

🚶‍♀️ Out of the Darkness Walk with the City of Honolulu: We joined others across the island in walking to honor lives lost, support those struggling, and stand together for su***de prevention.

Every step and every sign matters. Let’s continue to spread kindness, raise awareness, and be there for one another. 💙💛
