We are officially permanently closed.
Thank you to all the families that trusted is with their care and gave us a chance to be part of their journey.

We provided over 3,000 therapy sessions to over 275 families in the 3.5 years we were open.

With the upcoming Medicare cuts to reimbursement and with the continued sales tax that the state of Hawaii imposes on medical care coupled with the rising cost of literally everything else, we just couldn’t remain in our clinic space doing what we love.

It was a good three years, filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

A few quick end-of-year reminders:
We are closed Wed December 25-Wed January 1. Miss Cass will be seeing patients Thursday January 2nd (please cancel early if you prefer to have that day off).

We will have some new openings in January and February, so if you are on our waitlist please, please check your voicemail regularly in January. We place 2-3 calls and if we do not hear back within 5-7 days we remove you from the waitlist.

We are doing our best to make the transition from FHNS to Tri-West as smooth as possible, but please know we can’t control the timeline for their processing. We will keep our active patients updated should any issues arise during the transition that will disrupt care.

Thanks for spending time with us this year! We wish you all safe and gentle holidays.

We have implemented a new phone for the clinic! The number remains the same, and texting and calling both work.

The biggest difference is that the phone will no longer be on Cass' personal phone (Yay work-life balance :) ) and texts and calls will only be responded to during clinic work hours.

We know that the fast responsiveness, especially on weekends and evenings has been reassuring for parents, and we thank you for your understanding as we will no longer be able to respond during those times.
