Today’s agenda: continuing education… and continuing to fix my own neck 😅

Yesterday’s workout said “growth.”
My neck said “absolutely not.”

So here I am—earning CE credits while simultaneously becoming my own case study. Therapist by trade, patient by circumstance 🙏🏼

And of course… my tea had something to say:
“May your head and heart speak with one voice.”

Meanwhile my body:
Head: “Let’s learn and level up.”
Neck: “We’re filing a formal complaint.”

But honestly… this is the sweet spot.
Learning, healing, and humbling yourself all at once.

A little Aloha reminder:
Sometimes the lesson is the tension.
And the mana comes from listening instead of pushing through.

Now excuse me while I take notes… and gently side-bend my way back to alignment 😂🌺 💙
