🚨 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐀𝐘 🚨⁣

Intramurals starts at 10am on 10/22/22! Team Hailey and Team Treena will compete to win bikinis by .co (valued at $42 each). There will be 3 prizes for those who have the best in-body scan results (regardless of the teams they are on). 1st place will receive a $100 gift certificate to , 2nd place will receive a $75 gift certificate, and 3rd place will receive a $50 gift certificate.⁣
⁣
Teams will be competing for total completed reps at each station (relay race). ⁣
⁣
In-body scan winners will receive a point for each pound of fat loss and each pound of muscle gained.⁣
⁣
𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐋𝐔𝐂𝐊 𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖! Feel free to bring any food or beverages to enjoy after the challenge (sign up on whiteboard board). Anyone who attends the potluck can write down her name to win prizes for raffle. We’ll be giving away , , and merchandise, free classes for yourself or a friend, and more! No need to compete in the challenge but must be present to win. ⁣

Jess has lost almost 100lbs over the years (once we hit that milestone I’ll def post). What I’m most proud of is her confidence and falling in love with the journey rather than focusing on the scale. Losing 100lbs is cool…loving yourself is cool-er 💯

Intramural challenge is this Saturday at 1pm! The teams and 10 exercises have been set. Even if you’re not competing, come down and cheer on your classmates (DM to reserve your spot). Feel free to bring food/drinks we look forward to finding out who the winning team is! 💪🏽

On 4/23 we will be having a potluck and giving away this black b***y band, sweat belts, supplements, and other amazing prizes! If you take multiple classes in one day you’ll get multiple entries.⁣⁣

We look forward to seeing your smiles again! However, if you still want to wear a mask you can. Just like how we didn’t discriminate whether you got your vax or not, we’re gonna continue to make mask wearing optional. ⁣

To celebrate, we will be having a potluck from 12-2pm on April 23rd. We will be doing in-body scans and handing out workout sheets so you can track your progress. We’ll have sign up sheets in class shortly!⁣

The 24 hour cancellation policy will still be in effect, but if you’re feeling ill please DM us and we’ll credit back your session. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to message us!

Most people overestimate what they can accomplish in 1 month, and underestimate what they can achieve in 2 years⁣…

The first pic is what you can expect to achieve in 30 days with training at GluteU. The second and third pic is what one of my clients achieved in 2 years. The first body scan was done before training with me on Jan 8, 2020. The second body scan was done today (almost exactly 2 years later) and she has gone from 223 lbs down to 176 lbs! She had 98lbs of body fat and now has 50lbs. From 44% body fat down to 28%. ⁣

Winner will get at least $200 and be determined by using our in-body scanner (best bf% improvement in a month). Body fat % is determined by amount of fat lost AND muscle gained so anyone can win. ⁣

Entry fee for members is: $20⁣
Non-members is: $50⁣
Unlimited members: free⁣
⁣
All entry fees collected will be given to the winners so you’re basically betting on yourself to win!⁣
⁣
Contestants must get their “before” pics and body scans taken at Glute University by Jan 10th. The contest will end on Feb 10th and you will need to get your “after” pics and scans taken by the 17th. Winners and cash will be given out by the 21st.⁣

Beginner B***y Camp on Fridays at 6pm are a great class to take if you want your measurements and nutrition plans (customized breakdown of your macros) done. Please message us if you have any questions and/or if you’d like to enter. We can’t wait to see your transformation 🙌🏽

Happy New Year from our GluteU Ohana to yours! 🙌🏽⁣

As we get ready to welcome new members we would like to remind you of our mission: to help women be the best version of themselves, in and out of the gym! ⁣
⁣
We are still by appointment only (and suspending free trial classes) to control the size of the classes and to ensure the safety and comfort of our members. You don’t have to worry about someone hogging/sweating all over the equipment or feeling judged if you don’t know how to use the machines.⁣
⁣
We will be adding a B***y Camp 101 class for beginners with a max of 5 people per class. I will be focusing on technique/form, breaking down your nutrition, and helping you to create fitness goals. If you’re new to working out or if you’ve been working out for a while and want a refresher, this is the class for you.⁣
⁣
For the month of January we are waiving all initiation/enrollment fees. Monthly memberships will be $199 for all the classes you can take or $1999 for the entire year. This includes a monthly body composition scan ($50 value). ⁣

𝑻𝒊𝒔' 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈!🎄🎁  We wanted to support a cause that was truly important to us, which is why we chose to help a keiki within our community: Leia! 💖

On May 10, 2021, Leia was rushed into surgery where they removed one of her kidneys and was then diagnosed with stage 3 Wilms Tumor (a form of kidney cancer). However, it had also metastasized (spread) into her lungs leaving her to now battle stage 4 lung cancer.

then went on to do radiation and chemotherapy for six weeks. After her first treatment, it was discovered that her tumors were shrinking, so she then went in for a second surgery in which they removed 3 tumors from her left lung. Her pathology report then showed that her tumors were alive and aggressive. She then had to go back to radiation and a more extensive chemotherapy treatment, in which she is still currently undergoing.
