Feeling ❤️ pretty after a session with where she told me everything I need to know about my colors, shapes, body type and generally what goes better with me and for me.
Feeling lucky 🍀 to live in the most beautiful place of Earth.
Feeling lucky 🍀 and in love 🥰 to be married to the most amazing person for me.
Feeling 🍀 lucky, healthy and in love with life to be able to move my body and run every day with this view.
Feeling blessed to have the best clients and friends.

We loved Date night at . Everything was so delicious, it reminded us of Korea.
Even though we spend a lot of time together, we still have our individual work so we schedule time to be with one another and try something new or treat ourselves.
Recently I have noticed that I have to work more with the wounded feminine inside- it’s that part of me, that came before me, from my ancestors and past lives. I feel like I am redefining my relationship with every step of the way, to make it different from my parents, different from what I’ve witnessed growing up. And with the culture I grew up in to always do and achieve and progress, there’s little place for the feminine. To just be and enjoy and honor yourself. To receive.
Even though I won’t be doing any more classes for this year I am wondering if I should do one day where I talk about this and do some healing around it.
Would you like to have it in English as well or just in Albanian?

Morning runs, early sessions, gym sessions, reading cards, reading books, playing Hades, eye drops, watching Friends. Life lately.
Still navigating life trying to find a balance between working too much and taking care of myself. I think I’m doing alright.

November challenge. Morning run for 30 days. To turn this into a habit I am starting with 2 km every day. Then I’ll add into it. It’s been challenging so far as I haven’t been in my best health for the past 3 weeks but it doesn’t matter. Consistency over motivation.

What’s your November challenge?
Part of the challenge is also to eat at least 120g of protein every day and go to the gym to lift weights 3 times a week.

🌟 Life lately
1. First coffee outside in 5 days. After being sick with the cold or flu or one of their numerous cousins, my period came early in which my body drains all of its blood from itself and it takes a few days to come back to life. I’ve spent my time sleeping for 12 hours, playing video games and crying over videos of censorship in ch4na
2. A picture of my hot husband drinking his hot coffee. My main support everyday day but especially when I’m sick. How lucky am I 🍀
3. This week’s schedule. We do our scheduling every week and this week I’m not doing anything. I have no goals other than rest, appreciate life and Halloween. Also a few sessions here and there that I don’t want to reschedule, but I will if I’m not feeling my best.
4. Our favorite coffee shop lately It’s nice to have a place where the owner and baristas know your name and not just ask for it. Thanks Micah!
5. When your clients become your friends. I love you guys and I look forward talking to you too ❤️🎊 My work is so fun it doesn’t feel like work.
6. I’ve been using hypnosis on myself lately to get better and I’m always in awe at what an amazing tool it is. Thank you .cannon.official for qhht. Thank you my amazing clients for giving yourself permission to grow and expand and explore what’s out there. And for your feedback on our sessions.

Announcement: These weeks have been quite tiring for me so I’ve decided to take all December off. I won’t be doing any classes or sessions. That also means that I am free in November for individual sessions and I will focus solely on that. The last days, since the full moon, have been quite reflective for me followed by a quiet inner transformation. A lot of journaling, lo fi music, yoga and running to clear my mind. So many things from my past have come up only to be released. I had not seen before with so much clarity what has put me off balance, the type of people I’ve attracted that for sure have made me grow but at the same time instilled this belief in me that growth needs to be hard. It doesn’t have to be, it just needs a good fertile soil, soul and a lot of sun.
I’m still figuring out what my next offer will be, but I know that I won’t be giving any more classes this year. I will be focusing on more personal transformation, taking more rest days and doing more one on one sessions. I will be back on January with new , longer classes. Meanwhile I am still doing the monthly hangout tomorrow 9am Hawaii time. We’ll be taking about this and much more, ending with a great meditation. See you there

Happy 4rth marriage anniversary to us and 1st wedding anniversary. We treat our anniversary like a common birthday. We take the day off, phones off, we go to our favorite places and eat our favorite foods. Thank you to our friend Anna to have gifted us our first cappuccino of the day, Dean and Deluca for an awesome tea experience and El Cielo for the most outstanding food experience I’ve had on this island and possibly my life. Alex’s background picture on his phone is of me kissing the baguette.

Alex, love of my life, my already great life is outstanding with you. I love you always and forever my birdy.
