True Counseling Services is hiring associate-level AND fully independently licensed clinicians who are ready to build something meaningful.

We're a fully virtual, telehealth-only private practice licensed across 15 states — and we're expanding our team with motivated, independent, and ethically grounded providers who are ready to do the work.

✨ What we offer:
✔️ Clinical supervision provided toward independent licensure (for associate-level clinicians)
✔️ Fully telehealth — work from anywhere with active, in good standing licensure in your state of residence and any additional state(s) you plan or wish to practice
✔️ A supportive, professionally driven practice culture

📋 What we're looking for:

🔹 Associate-Level Clinicians:
✔️ Associate-level licensure (LMSW, AMFT, LPCA, or equivalent)
✔️ Minimum commitment of 10 clinical hours per week
✔️ Highly motivated, self-directed, and ethically educated clinicians
✔️ Individuals who take their professional development seriously

🔹 Fully Independent Clinicians:
✔️ Full, unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in good standing
✔️ Active licensure in your state of residence and any additional states you wish to practice
✔️ Minimum commitment of 10 clinical hours per week
✔️ Self-directed, ethical, and motivated to grow within a collaborative virtual practice

You don’t have to wait until you’ve “arrived” to love yourself.
You are worthy of love, care, and compassion through every version of you—even the in-progress, uncertain, still-learning version.

You don’t have to love every part of yourself to start treating yourself with more kindness.
You just have to decide you’re ready to try.

Growth isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up—for yourself—with honesty, softness, and the courage to keep going.

What does growth really look like?
• Wanting life to feel different, and taking the first small, shaky step
• Noticing patterns that no longer serve you—and choosing to shift
• Speaking to yourself with the tenderness you’ve always given others
• Letting your progress be loud or quiet, bold or subtle—whatever feels right for you

You are not behind. You are not broken.
You are becoming—stronger, softer, more you.

And that is more than enough.
