The path around Ala Moana Park is 1.5 miles. If you walk/run a pace of 14 min mile, it will take you about 22 minutes to complete the loop. Add stretches for warm up and cool down and you have yourself a 30 minute workout. If you can’t walk/run the entire loop, just walk. Do this 3x this week until you can do 5x a week and you will meet the goal of physical activity for 150 minutes a week. As you get stronger, increase your intensity, duration, and/or frequency.
