🍩Exercise donut🍩

Too often when it comes to exercise we talk about the specificity it type, sets, reps, loads etc

But when it comes to painful problems it may NOT be those things that matter. It might also be for creating healthy habits the specificity is not so important.

So we may need to focus on the WHOLE of the donut rather than the hole in the middle

This is actually born out of the research we see into exercise specificity in various conditions such as LBP, PFP, OA, SAP

So let’s get 🍩🍩🍩🍩

DIRI is offering several opportunities to become Rolf Movement® Certified in 2023! As a response to client needs, Rolf Movement® Practitioners offer Movement as single sessions or as a series, weaving and integrating the work within SI sessions.
