🌟Congratulations Spc. Antonia Arras! 🌟

Arras has been recognized at the highest level for enlisted pharmacy technicians, earning the Larry C. Nesmith Enlisted Technician Award for exceptional technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to patient safety on Feb. 4.

Spc. Antonia Arras, hailing from El Paso, TX, is an inpatient and oncology pharmacy technician at TAMC. She was selected for the prestigious Army-wide award in recognition of her critical contributions to pharmacy operations supporting more than 173,000 beneficiaries across the Hawaii Indo-Pacific region.

We are proud to shine a spotlight on William Kerfoot, a nursing assistant from 6B1 General Surgery and Plastics, whose outstanding commitment has served as the cornerstone of the unit's safety program for the last 17 years.

Each month, Kerfoot's detailed recommendations for corrections have been instrumental in mitigating workplace risks, creating a safer environment for the entire team. However, what truly sets Kerfoot apart is his profound dedication to education.

"His monthly safety debriefs have significantly increased the safety IQ of our entire team by not only identifying problems but also providing the solutions and training necessary to maintain them," wrote the person who nominated Kerfoot. "His vigilant approach and leadership make him a vital asset to our unit's mission of Zero Harm."

Heads up, everyone! Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) and Warrior Ohana Medical Home (WOMH) will be upgrading to a new pharmacy software system next weekend on March 6-7, 2026 to better serve you.

Starting March 8, 2026, patients may experience extended wait times of up to two hours as we transition to the new system. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time!

To save time, we encourage you to plan ahead and use these convenient options:

Heads up, everyone! Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) and Warrior Ohana Medical Home (WOMH) will be upgrading to a new pharmacy software system on March 6-7, 2026 to better serve you.

Urgent/Emergent Dental Care on Oahu

Dental emergencies can happen at any time. Your Military Service maintains normal duty day clinic and sick call hours to handle these situations. For after-hours emergencies, please go to the Tripler Emergency Department or nearest hospital.

Sick call hours during the military duty day are as follows:

Desmond Doss (Schofield Barracks): Monday-Friday: 7:30-10 a.m.

Bhaskar (Fort Shafter): Monday-Friday: 7:30 -10 a.m.

BHC Kaneohe Bay: Monday-Friday: 7-9 a.m.

BHC Camp Smith: Monday-Thursday: 7-8 a.m.

BHC Makalapa: Monday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

BHC Wahiawa: Monday-Friday: 7-9 a.m.

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12 to 4 p.m. on a space-available basis
