CHAPERONE POLICY

Your Comfort. Your Safety. Your Choice.

Every patient — and every healthcare professional — has the right to request a chaperone during a medical examination.

If you would like a chaperone at any time, please inform a member of the medical team.

A trained chaperone must be present for certain sensitive exams, procedures, and clinical encounters.

Chaperones help ensure privacy, safety, respect, and clear communication throughout your visit.

For questions or assistance, please contact your facility’s Patient Advocate Office.

We are committed to your safety and dignity.

💉 Fight back and stay healthy this . 💉

Ditch the chills, aches, and sniffles. Getting the shot offers a powerful shield against the flu, including:

• Milder Symptoms: Even if you catch the flu, the vaccine can help reduce its severity

• Reduced risk of Hospitalization: It can significantly lower your risk of needing hospitalization from the flu.

• Safe and effective: Safe and effective for all. For pregnant women, it also protects their newborn before they can get vaccinated themselves.
