Lanakila Kitchen makes space for new ideas!

Ube mochi bites was inspired by the bestselling ube scone. Kitchen manager Junior Gabriel wanted to explore a new texture and flavor profile while staying true to ingredients customers already love.

They are available at Lanakila Pacific, the Lanakila Pacific Cafe at the Prince Kuhio Federal Building and at Don Quijote locations on Oahu.

Exploring New Possibilities 🌱

Lanakila Pacific is proud to join the Food Is Medicine Coalition Accelerator Program, a national initiative focused on medically tailored meals for people living with chronic conditions. This program gives us the chance to learn, collaborate, and better understand how these services might support our community.

Research links medically tailored meals with fewer emergency visits and inpatient stays, plus lower healthcare costs and better quality of life.

Follow along as we explore new ways to promote health and independence.
