When Megan started her career at Hale Aina Dining Facility right after high school, she has become a valued team member and advocates for inclusive employment.

Her supervisor, Josiah, says “She’s calmer, more collected, and more social with everyone. She’s grown to be a valued member of the team.”

Thanks to ’s AbilityOne Program, her job has become a source of confidence and connection.
