PACBLU is looking for a registered nurse case manager in Alaska!

We have exciting opportunities within our Field Case Management Operation. This is a home based position in Anchorage and the surrounding areas. All candidates must be licensed RNs. BSN and CCM preferred. Previous Medical Case Management experience is preferred.
In this position, you will provide Field Medical Case Management to ill or injured workers. This will be accomplished through communications and visits with the ill or injured worker, the physician, other health care providers, the employer, and the referral source. In addition, you will research and recommend resources and create flexible, effective options for catastrophically or chronically ill or injured individuals. On a case by case basis you will facilitate quality individualized treatment goals, including timely return to work.
If you enjoy working independently and a variety of work tasks, you are the candidate we are seeking.
