I do Pilates all day as I hang out with my Golden Doodle and spend all of my money on Athleisure I have a stressful full time job. I am not special. No gimmicks.

I have a relationship I have committed my life to. I have real life problems just like everyone else. We all have millions of excuses. I am over 30 now. Not even 10 years ago, I used to eat pizza for breakfast, ice cream for lunch, and cake for dinner and still was thinner than I am now. I want to be a no excuse girl. I will have no excuses when it comes to my health and fitness. I want my body to match my heart and mind on the outside! Anyone can say they are beautiful on the inside. I say prove it with hard work, dedication, and discipline. I hope you will travel with me on the path to sustainable fitness. No magic diet pills. No diets where you lose weight, then you quit and gain it all back and more. No excuses.

Happy Thanksgiving with my bestie Lauren. We met each other in the 7th grade….cheered and danced together and became like sisters.

Who knew these two girls from a tiny town in Arkansas would be living in Hawaii at the same time decades later!

Love you forever sister 💖 God is good. So thankful for you and Happy to see you thriving with such an amazing and beautiful family. You and Aaron have great cooking skills…we all cleaned our plates today. My stomach is very happy and my heart is full 😊.

Pistol squat comeback era loading…🦵✨

TRX> Tower > No assistance someday 😮‍💨

Rebuilding after a patella dislocation isn’t linear…
but showing up anyway is where the glow happens 🌟💁🏻‍♀️👑

I do these a lot in my suspend class on TRX. This variation on the tower I find slightly more challenging than the TRX while still offering a little assistance. So sad I lost the ability to do these with no help. I avoided these for years after my injury and I’m paying for it 😩

But…PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION.
