Little info if you are one to use sage or grow it!
Well, I mean, not really,there's just something many of you likely don't know about her.

She's not a Sage in any way, shape,or form😳
•
In fact, Garden Sage(Salvia officinalis),is a MINT!
•
True sages are in the Asteraceae (Daisy)family & most are extremely harmful to the liver if used internally.
•
Okay so now that we know that little bit of a secret what can we use Garden Sage for besides a nice potato soup eh?

So many things!

This lady is my go to choice for:
•
🌿Sore throat's!
•
👉Made into a simple tea or infused into honey she'll stop that pain no prob & is also pretty good for coughing!
•
🌿Got a wet fever that just won't break?
•
👉No problem she's gana get your blood flowing better to cool you off & dry up those fever sweats!
•
🌿Bleeding too heavy during your moon time?
•
👉She's got you covered & can slow down your flow while even giving some relief to cramps!
•
🌿Got an upset stomach?Horrible gas?Can't stop sh****ng?
•
👉She's gana calm that stomach, dispell that gas,& help slow down your pooping that has you making promises to God that you'll never do "xyz again" if this could please just stop🤣

🌿Ready to dry up that b**b milk?

👉As a tea she's awesome at drying up our milk especially if we pair her with a tight bra. I personally made enough milk for twins & when I decided enough was enough with her help it only took me WEEK! to dry out each time!

🌿Sweat too much?

👉Are you sensing a theme here yet?She dries out all things excessive moisture,this can even include over active perspiration!

🌿Gata wound you'd like to dry out?

👉Topically she's great for wound healing with her many antimicrobial/bacterial properties, I particularly like her for puncture type wounds!
