Had to space out the September babies — Happy Birth-month, Seilee! 😆🎂

Happy (Belated) Birthday to our awesomely rad Dental Hygienist, Seilee!!! 🎂🎉🤩🥳 We hope you had a great day celebrating with the team over yummy Vietnamese food, boba, and even some goodies brought by our patients today!

Fun Fact: when she’s not working in the chair, Seilee is kicking butts at the gym as a BodyPump instructor and enjoys doing judo with her family! 💪🏼🥋

Yesterday we said a HUGEEEEEE mahalo and a hui hou to our temporary receptionist, Alaka’i!!! For those who didn’t know, Alaka’i joined us for a short season to give us a much needed hand in the front. He was the manly voice behind the phone and the welcoming face in the reception room. After today, he will be increasing his hours in the Fitness and Performance Training field as well as stepping into a role in part-time campus ministry for Pearlside Church!

We are so blessed to have you on as part of the team and we are going to miss you so much! 😭 Please make sure Dr. Oka is safe when you guys play basketball and go fishing! 🏀🎣 For all your strength and conditioning needs, go see 🤙🏼

Thank you to our rep, Starr, for coming in and doing an awesome Lunch & Learn with the team! We had a fun time learning about the different types of models and enjoyed the free lunch - our brains and tummies were very happy this afternoon 😋 & in case you were wondering where Dr. Tanaka went, he left for Molokai today to catch some fish! Thank you to Dr. Oka for holding down the fort so Dr. Tanaka can finally go out and play!! 🌊🐟🎣

Here’s a Waterpik Pro tip: don’t forget to lean over the sink and keep your mouth closed or lips partially open when using the Waterpik! Let the water flow into the sink and that will help prevent the water from splashing everywhere 😄👍🏼
