I’m Leroy; I specialize in strength and conditioning and weight loss. I am a certified personal trainer that also knows first hand what its like to be over weight. I suffer from type 2 diabetes do to my weight gain and lack of exercise. This started my journey to fitness, motivating me to not only lose weight but to also correct my diabetes to the point I no longer need medication.

Previous experience comes from Gold’s Gym, Anytime Fitness and Befit Gym with over 4 years of experience. You will not find any professional service that is offer at my rate. I now train out of my private and fully equipped gym in Honolulu, HI. I am accepting new clients for evening and weekends at this time 7 days a week.

There's no magic trick to extreme weight loss, it's just fundamental nutrition, cardio, and resistance training which I'll be monitoring each one for you so there is no guessing! My clients who are trying to lose weight log their food, from there I can simply modify their diet. I'll advise you on types of foods to eat, and how to just simply decrease carbohydrate and fat intake
I have had previous clients that have NEVER worked out before, each were once in your shoes wondering if they should make the decision to change their lives. If you want something really bad in life you have got to work for it, some people want it bad but they don’t know how, this is where I come in with weight loss experience.
