Long term follow up to show longevity of fat grafts to the cheeks, lower eyelid grooves (to hide her lower eyelid bags/ dark circles) and lips (and had some lip fillers for touch up after 2yrs) as well as a TCA Peel and facelift/ neck lift. She had significant sun damage and lost significant skin laxity, very deep wrinkles and lost most of her facial fat. For a case like this restoring volume to the face is critical for more natural as well as long lasting rejuvenation. She is wearing no make up or concealer except for lipstick at her one month mark.

One of my best facelifts- for one of my sweetest patients. She just wanted to look like the younger version of herself and nothing artificial looking.
