Aloha Yogi Explorers,
Thank you for your continued support.
We are in this beautiful world together. The time together in yoga practice can create appreciation; yogis call it Santosa. The yogi doesn't feel lacking in our natural state. Contentment is the base of yoga, allowing one to swim in bliss.
We can swim out our fears and sadness, not in a denial way but with forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude.
The asana allows our body to release serotonin, a sense of well-being. This contentment enables reflection on what we are grateful for in our lives. Tears and laughter qualify for our losses and allow forgiveness to move forward.
Whenever I practice, it leaves me in Santosa, a state of mind that permits a view of gratefulness.
Come and practice with us and explore the technology of asana, pranayama, and mindfulness inspired by ancient Himalayan yogis.
Jai Namaste,
Murti
