This series we have been more intentional on really feeling the targeted muscle groups. 👋 Hey everyone! Just a quick update… I am about half way through my nutritional therapy program! I am learning so much and I cannot wait to share my knowledge with you all. I have grown to love nutrition as much as I love moving! There is so much to learn and so little time in the day… I have been working on trying to balance working the full time PT job and trying to spend the time studying all this amazing new info! It’s definitely stressful at times to manage it all; but so worth it. I’m having to remind myself to take time to relax and reflect !!! Also I have the best study buddy 😜

It is super important to me to have comfort and function all in one when it comes to my workout gear. I have found it with 🤩🤩🤩 it’s perfect while leading my exercise classes as I can move through each movement and comfortably teach others all at the same time!
