Stephen R Hopkins was born and raised in Hawaii, and he developed a love for adventure and beauty as he traveled with his parents and brothers to almost every US capitol and national park by the age of 18. It was his father, a preacher, who instilled in Stephen the value and personal reward of serving the world’s communities and celebrating all the world’s cultures. His service in the US Army as a general’s driver laid the foundation for Stephen to develop his expertise in the areas of executive level management and personal security. He maintained his ties with the Armed Forces for more than 14 years as a civil servant Athletic Director administering MWR Youth and Adult programs. In 1995, Stephen was recruited by the world renowned marine artist Christian Reese Lassen. Stephen served as Chief of Staff on Lassen’s executive personal management team, overseeing the artist’s priceless assets as well as the Lassen Art International Corporation. Lassen's love for surfing and International first class travel allowed Stephen to master the art and responsibility of managing a high net worth celebrity with a large business and personal entourage that traveled to the world’s most exclusive destinations and resorts. His travels with Lassen gave Stephen extensive exposure to the inner workings of the world of five star hospitality and private concierge services. Working with the best in the business, Stephen continued to cultivate the culture of excellence that has earned him a reputation for going above and beyond for his clients. Stephen R Hopkins is currently accepting clients for Vacation Rentals Management (VRBO), Property Maintenance, and Estate Management. Our promise to you. Our Story

Stephen R. Hopkins is a direct descendant of Charles Gordon Hopkins of England who arrived in the Hawaiian Islands in 1845 at the age of 22. He began his career in Hawai‘i as a clerk in the office of Governor Kekuanaoa and by 1849 he was Police Magistrate for civil causes. In 1849 he served as editor of the Polynesian, the official newspaper of the Hawaiian Kingdom government.

In 1851 Hopkins was appointed by King Kamehameha III Kauikeaouli as his land agent in charge of the rental and sale of Crown Lands. As the King’s secretary and collector of private revenues of the Crown, he spent much of his time traveling from island to island, and district to district.

He was named honorary member of the Privy Council by Kamehameha III and lived as a member of the royal household. He was instrumental in bringing Healthcare to the Hawaiian people and saving thousands with vaccinations.

In Jan 28 1959 Stephen was born at Kapiolani Hospital and raised in the island communities of Kilauea Kauai, Lanikai, and Kaimuki, on Oahu. He developed a love for adventure and beauty as he traveled with his parents and brothers to almost every US capitol and national park by the age of 18. It was his father, a preacher, who instilled in Stephen the value and personal reward of serving Hawaii’s communities and celebrating all the world’s cultures.
