Merry Christmas from our family to yours!

We hope you’re staying nice and warm this holiday season with your family and friends. This is a picture of me and my family from our trip to Japan earlier this year.

Watch as we pull out a patients implants that have been severely degraded! The screws that hold these implants in place have been exposed by receding gums due to lack of care.

The only way to fix this is by removing the implants and starting over from scratch.
This video is a perfect reminder for why you should always brush and floss your teeth to avoid an expensive problem like this!

A sinus lift or augmentation is a surgery that helps with the placing of dental implants. Some people don’t have enough bone to support implants due to bone loss. Apply pressure to the extraction area by gently but firmly biting down on the gauze packs placed over the surgical site. Ensure that the gauze stays in place without being disturbed for at least 30 minutes and then reapply clean gauze until the bleeding has stopped. Bleeding usually ceases within an hour or two; however, it is not uncommon to have some oozing for the next few days. Have more questions about your recovery process?

This patient was missing one of their upper front teeth! Not only was it causing them pain and discomfort when eating but it also led to a lack of confidence in their smile.

In order to fix their smile we gave them and upper implant crown and bridge and the results speak for themselves. Not only is their no missing teeth, but their upper teeth look more natural and are more comfortable for our patient!
