Any type of repetitive motions or actions, more sedentary roles, 🪑 high stress, or positions of management and authority can contribute to your body's stress levels in a variety of ways.
It’s also important for you to identify if the job you are currently at is something that you love 🥰 to do and are inspired by. If it's just a J.O.B. and done out of necessity or obligation, that can have an adverse affect as well. Since we spend the majority of our day and time at our jobs, if you don’t enjoy the job or occupation that you are in, or you have a challenging boss or work schedule that could potentially be the stressor at the root of your pains or health ailments.
