Any type of repetitive motions or actions, more sedentary roles, 🪑 high stress, or positions of management and authority can contribute to your body's stress levels in a variety of ways.

It’s also important for you to identify if the job you are currently at is something that you love 🥰 to do and are inspired by. If it's just a J.O.B. and done out of necessity or obligation, that can have an adverse affect as well. Since we spend the majority of our day and time at our jobs, if you don’t enjoy the job or occupation that you are in, or you have a challenging boss or work schedule that could potentially be the stressor at the root of your pains or health ailments.

Mostly, it's for you to determine and recognize if the job that you are in is one of the stressors in your life. In other words, to support you in understanding your own self healing. ♾

In honor of World Alzheimer’s Month I wanted to share some action strategies to strengthen the mind-body connection when dealing with this condition:

🧩 Choose to be present in your life.
🧩Take stock of what knowledge one has gained through life's experiences.
🧩 Learn new things — knitting, a new skill, or new craft.
🧩 Do different daily activities, and avoid watching TV all day.
🧩 Strive for truth in communication.

Doldrums as defined by Google as: a state or period of inactivity, stagnation, or slump.

As we enter the final two months of 2025, with all the craziness of the government shutdown, it seems that we are on this constant treadmill, which leads to either burnout or feeling depleted. With Halloween and all the excess sugar passing through, we officially enter the holiday season with Thanksgiving at the end of this month, followed quickly with Christmas and the celebration of New Year's. Just typing this last sentence, I realized that I was holding my breath and had to take two deep breaths in and out.
