Our Yoga for Strong Bone Health 6-week series sold out last time, and spots are very limited (only 6 participants per group).

Downsize Like a Pro - Tips and Tricks
Create an effective sorting system

Before diving into your decluttering, create a simple sorting system! Start in each room by sorting bigger items first. Designate two spots on the floor: one for things you want to keep (useful or sentimental) and one for items to donate or toss. For example, in the bedroom, sort from one corner, keep the old fan if useful, toss the broken TV. Repeat through the room, then move to the closet and other rooms. This keeps things organized and makes decluttering easier!
