We all love a good chocolatey treat, and today's the day to celebrate it! Did you know some dark chocolates can even have antioxidants? Of course, the sugar content is what our dentists are most concerned about. So, if you're indulging today, here are some helpful tips ⤵⬇⤵

🍫Choose dark chocolate when you can – less sugar!

🍽Enjoy it as part of a meal, rather than continuous snacking.

⚠️And most importantly, hydrate and floss thoroughly afterward!

Who's ready for the long weeked? Our communities are serious about Fourth of July fun! It's all about BBQ, grilled meats, corn on the cob, fresh salads, outdoor games, and water slides, topped off with all the sparkle you can handle.

But let's be real, it never fails: that one piece of toast (or maybe something a little too hard from the grill!) can send you flying into the dentist's chair. Don't worry, we're here for you!

We'll be open all week to help with any dental emergencies, but please note we will be closed on Friday, July 5th. Reach out to the office if you need anything before then, or contact the dentist for afterhours Emergency Appts.
