I’m so honored to introduce you to Malia Hoyt, who will be guiding us in somatic practices during the Soul-Aligned Reset Workshop. 🌸

I’ve known Malia for a long time, and she has always been a gifted healer. Her presence carries both depth and compassion. You can feel safe and seen the moment she begins holding space.

At the retreat, she’ll be leading us in somatic meditations and practices that help you reconnect with your body to gently and lovingly prepare you for the dive we will take into your human design and codes you’ve been receiving. At the end of each day she will guide us to unwind, release, and integrate from our work in the workshop.✨

If knowledge were enough, we’d all be exalted by now. 😂🪽

We’re swimming in “information”.

It’s the first time in history that we have literally have answers to any question right at the tip of our fingers.

Life isn’t that simple.

We are starving for embodiment. We are starving for community and connection… to be witness, supported, connected, held through the process.

How many online courses have you bought? How many times do you go to ChatGPT to learn something?

EVERYTHING IS CHANGING. We simply cannot stop that.

What we can do instead is deliberately focus our energy on our own personal life and impact, our own personal embodiment of all this information we’ve been digesting in such a short amount of time.

I’ve created a workshop coming up in September specifically for this need.

I don’t know everything, and I will be the first to admit it. 🤪
What am I good at?

To help others feel space, freedom and retreat.

This might sound funny, but that’s literally what my human design life purpose says. 😅
