Dear Friends,
Today, I invite you to step into the core of what I hold as truth. Vishwa Dharma the Universal Truths. These principles aren’t just abstract ideas—they’re the framework of how the universe moves and breathes. They are the hidden threads connecting everything we experience. When you truly understand and apply them, they will illuminate your path, bringing clarity to confusion and empowering you to embrace life’s mysteries with confidence and grace.
We are all travelers on this journey, each walking our own unique path. Yet, these principles are like guideposts, leading us closer to a deeper understanding of the Way—the harmony and balance that underpins existence itself. Together, let’s take the first step on this shared adventure toward wisdom and transformation.
Let’s begin.
"There is no reality, only perception, therefore all is Mind; the Universe is Mental."
Everything begins and ends in the mind. The world around you, the circumstances you navigate, and even the challenges that seem to appear out of nowhere all have their roots in the landscape of your thoughts. Your mind is not merely a passive observer of reality—it is the architect, the master artisan, shaping the clay of your life moment by moment. Each thought, whether fleeting or persistent, holds the power to influence what unfolds before you. When you grasp this truth, you realize that your inner world dictates your outer experience. And with that realization comes an incredible power: the power to change your life.
This is not just a philosophical concept; it’s a reality I came to understand through hard-earned experience. Life has a way of making us confront our thoughts, especially when they spiral into negativity or self-doubt. What I learned is that the mind must be treated with respect, its thoughts tended to like a garden. The seeds you plant today—whether of fear, hope, despair, or joy—will inevitably bloom into the reality you walk through tomorrow.
That’s why it’s so important to monitor your thoughts with care. Pay attention to what you’re feeding your mind, what stories you’re telling yourself about who you are and what you’re capable of. Your thoughts are the foundation of your actions, and your actions shape the world around you. Direct your thinking with intention and purpose, for each thought carries the potential to create or to destroy.
Meditation is one of the most effective ways to cultivate this awareness. It teaches you to observe your thoughts without judgment, to separate yourself from the noise, and to choose which thoughts to nurture. Daily meditation strengthens your ability to focus and discipline your mind, making it a powerful ally rather than an unpredictable force. And visualization—oh, visualization is where the magic happens. When you can see your goals in your mind as though they already exist, you begin aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with that reality. It’s not wishful thinking; it’s the deliberate act of creating your future.
I’ve always believed in the saying, “What you think about comes about.” It’s simple, but it holds profound wisdom. If you constantly think about failure, struggle, or lack, you’ll find the world reflecting those thoughts back to you. But if you fill your mind with visions of success, love, and abundance, you’ll begin to see those things manifest in ways that feel almost effortless. Your mind is your most powerful tool—use it wisely, and it will shape a life beyond your wildest dreams.

"As above, so below; as below, so above."
My friends, let’s pause and look at the world around us. Notice the intricate beauty in the patterns of existence. These patterns, large and small, whisper the same truths to us again and again. They remind us that everything is interconnected—woven into the same grand design.
Think of the structure of an atom. A nucleus surrounded by electrons, endlessly in motion. Now imagine a solar system—a star at its center, planets revolving in harmony. They’re not just similar; they’re echoes of each other, one on a microscopic scale, the other cosmic. This is the Principle of Correspondence in action: "As above, so below; as below, so above."
When we say life is fractal, we mean that the same patterns repeat across all levels of reality. A fractal is a shape or pattern that looks the same no matter how closely or distantly you examine it. The universe behaves the same way. The same principles that guide the spiral of a galaxy govern the spiral of a seashell or the unfurling of a fern.
This applies to your life, too. The way you govern your thoughts and emotions mirrors how greater forces shape the universe. Your internal struggles and triumphs are reflected in the relationships, work, and challenges you encounter.
When life feels overwhelming or chaotic, look to nature for guidance. Nature is a profound teacher. Here’s how:
Notice how spring brings growth, summer brings abundance, autumn brings release, and winter brings rest. Your life follows the same rhythm. When you’re in a “winter” phase—things feel slow or stagnant—know that spring will come. Notice the Tides of the Ocean. The tides ebb and flow, just like emotions. They remind us that nothing stays the same forever. When you’re in an emotional low, it’s a reminder that the tide will turn. Notice the Growth of a Tree. A tree grows from its roots. Its strength lies underground, invisible but vital. Just like a tree, the most important work you do may be internal, unseen, but it supports everything you become.
The Principle of Correspondence isn’t just about the outer world—it’s about the inner world, too. Observe how your emotions affect your physical body. Stress might give you a headache or make your heart race. Joy makes you feel light, almost weightless. What happens inside mirrors what happens outside.
Take this one step further: Your emotional state influences your relationships, your productivity, and even how people respond to you. If you want peace in your external world, start by cultivating peace within.

If you’re feeling lost about your place in the universe, look at the smaller systems in your life. How are you managing your time, your energy, your relationships? Fixing something small often sets the larger wheels turning.
When you’re confused by life’s complexities, step back and look for the repeating patterns. If you keep encountering similar challenges, ask yourself what they might be teaching you.
This principle isn’t just about understanding—it’s about trust. When you see how everything is connected, you start to trust the process of life. You realize that the answers you’re seeking aren’t hidden; they’re just waiting for you to see them in a new way.
So, my friends, whenever you feel lost, look around you. Look to nature, to the stars, to your own heart. The answers are there, because you’re part of the same pattern, the same grand design. And in those patterns, you’ll find the wisdom you need to move forward.

"Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates."
Even in the stillness of a quiet moment, everything vibrates with life. You, me, the ground beneath our feet—every particle is alive with motion. The difference lies in frequency. Lower vibrations feel heavy, pulling us into fear, anger, and despair. They contract our energy, making the world seem smaller and more difficult to navigate. Higher vibrations, however, expand us. They manifest as love, joy, and harmony, connecting us to the flow of life. And here’s the incredible truth: by shifting your vibration, you can transform your entire experience.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways to elevate your vibration. When you pause to appreciate even the smallest blessings, you immediately shift your focus from what’s lacking to what’s abundant. It’s not just a feel-good practice—it’s a recalibration of your energy, aligning you with the higher frequencies of joy and fulfillment. Similarly, music has an almost magical ability to affect our vibration. A song that resonates with your heart can lift you instantly, and even humming or chanting can create a sense of harmony within.
Acts of kindness, whether small or grand, ripple through the energy field. When you give freely—whether it’s a smile, a helping hand, or simply your time—you align yourself with the energy of compassion and connection. This vibration not only elevates you but touches everyone around you, creating a feedback loop of positivity. Protecting your energy is just as important as cultivating it. The people you surround yourself with, the environments you inhabit, and even the media you consume all affect your vibration. When something feels heavy or toxic, honor your intuition and step away. Your energy is sacred—guard it.
Here’s the deeper truth: the universe responds not to what you say or even what you do, but to the energy you carry. If you move through life with a vibration of fear or doubt, no amount of action can mask it. But if you align yourself with love, gratitude, and trust, the universe mirrors that energy back to you in opportunities, relationships, and experiences.
So, take a moment each day to check in with yourself. How do you feel? If your energy feels low, nurture it back into balance. Go for a walk, breathe deeply, immerse yourself in nature’s beauty, or simply allow yourself to feel joy without reservation. Release the things that weigh you down—the habits, thoughts, or relationships that no longer serve you. In their place, invite in what lifts you: creativity, laughter, connection.
Remember, this isn’t about being perfect or high-vibe all the time. Life flows, and so will your energy. The goal is to stay aware, to notice when you’ve shifted, and to gently guide yourself back to a state of alignment. The more you cultivate this awareness, the more you’ll see how your vibration shapes your reality. The universe is always listening to your frequency, reflecting it back in the world around you. By choosing to elevate your energy, you’re not just changing how you feel—you’re changing your entire experience of life.

"Everything is dual; everything has poles."
Life truly is a dance of opposites, a constant interplay of dualities that create the rhythm of our existence. Light and dark, love and hate, joy and sorrow—they are not separate forces but different expressions of the same underlying energy. They exist on a spectrum, connected by their very nature. To experience one is to know its counterpart, for how could we truly understand light without having walked through darkness? How could we fully appreciate love without the ache of its absence? Even in the deepest hate, there is a shadow of love’s intensity, for we cannot despise what we do not, in some way, value.
The beauty of this principle lies in its flexibility. It teaches us that opposites are not fixed, but fluid. They can transform into one another through the power of perspective. Anger, when softened by understanding, carries the seed of peace. Fear, faced with courage, becomes a force for growth. Every challenge, no matter how overwhelming, holds its opposite within it—an opportunity for transformation and transcendence.
This process is not about ignoring the difficulties or denying the pain. It’s about recognizing that within every hardship lies the potential for its opposite. It’s about alchemy—not in the ancient sense of turning lead into gold, but in the spiritual sense of transmuting your emotions and experiences into wisdom and strength. When you find yourself overwhelmed by anger, pause and ask yourself: What is this anger teaching me? What peace is hidden within it? When fear grips you, look for the courage it challenges you to cultivate. This practice of shifting focus and reframing experiences allows you to take control of your inner world, no matter what storms rage outside.
Life will always bring its contrasts. There will be times when you feel lost in the dark or crushed by failure. But these moments are not the end of the story. They are the beginning of something new. The darkness will show you the light, and failure will pave the way for success. This principle reminds us that nothing is ever permanent, that the pendulum will always swing, and that we have the power to guide its motion.
Every day, life offers you opportunities to practice this alchemy. When frustration bubbles up, can you find the patience waiting to be uncovered? When despair threatens to consume you, can you uncover the tiny spark of hope buried beneath? These shifts don’t always come easily, but with practice, they become second nature. You begin to see challenges not as obstacles but as doorways, not as endings but as the soil where new beginnings take root.
Mastering this dance of opposites doesn’t mean avoiding struggle or pretending life is always easy. It means embracing the full spectrum of experience, knowing that each pole contains the seed of its counterpart. It’s about trusting the process, knowing that even in the darkest night, the dawn is already on its way. And in that trust, you’ll find not just balance, but freedom—the freedom to shape your own inner world, no matter what life brings your way.

"Life is change; everything has its tides."
This simple truth reflects the heartbeat of the universe. Everything moves in cycles—day gives way to night, tides rise and retreat, seasons shift from bloom to decay. Life, too, mirrors these rhythms. Moments of joy blossom, only to fade into sorrow, which in turn makes room for joy to return. Success often arises from the ashes of struggle, just as calm follows the storm.
This rhythm isn’t something to fight or fear; it’s something to embrace. To resist the natural flow of life is to create unnecessary suffering. Struggling against change, clinging to what was, or fearing what’s to come only tightens the grip of discomfort. But when you align yourself with this flow, you begin to see its beauty. There is a grace in understanding that nothing is fixed, that everything—good and bad—moves in waves.
When life carries you to its peaks, bask in the view. Use those moments of joy and success to build a foundation for the times when the tides turn. Similarly, when you find yourself in the valleys, know that it’s not forever. Just as the moon pulls the tides, the rhythms of the universe will guide you back to the surface. Trust in the impermanence of struggle; within every low point lies the seed of ascent.
Flowing with these cycles requires patience and perspective. It’s about learning to ride the waves rather than resisting them. When you’re on a high, don’t take it for granted; let it inspire you to prepare for when the waters recede. When you’re in a low, remind yourself that this, too, shall pass. Every end carries the promise of a beginning, and every setback holds the potential for growth.
There is a harmony hidden within these rhythms, a silent song that the universe has been playing since the dawn of time. When you tune into it, life feels less chaotic and more purposeful. The ups and downs aren’t random—they’re part of a greater balance, a cosmic dance that keeps everything in motion.
To live in alignment with these cycles is to find peace—not because life becomes easy or predictable, but because you learn to trust its ebb and flow. Like a surfer riding the ocean’s waves, you discover that every crest and trough is part of the same vast sea. You’re not fighting against it; you’re moving with it, letting it carry you to where you’re meant to be. And in that surrender, you find freedom.

"Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause."
There is no such thing as chance, my beloved friends. Every action, every thought, every choice creates ripples that extend far beyond what we can see. These ripples shape our future, weaving the fabric of our experiences. Each event you encounter, each situation you face, is the inevitable result of something that came before. Nothing happens in isolation, and nothing is truly random. This understanding is not meant to burden you but to empower you. It means that you are not a passive observer in life’s unfolding; you are its creator.
When you embrace this truth, you reclaim your power. You realize that the trajectory of your life isn’t controlled by luck or external forces but by your own decisions and actions. Reflect on your life as it stands right now. Look at the choices you’ve made, the actions you’ve taken, and the energy you’ve put into the world. Every moment of joy, every challenge, every lesson is connected to these threads. To desire something different is not to wait for the world to change but to begin changing the way you move within it.
Taking responsibility for your life is one of the most liberating things you can do. It’s not about self-blame or guilt; it’s about recognizing your immense creative power. If something in your life isn’t as you wish it to be, you have the ability to shift it. The universe doesn’t punish or reward—it simply responds. Like an echo in a canyon, it reflects back what you send out. When you act with intention, integrity, and love, the universe mirrors those qualities. When you act from fear or doubt, it reflects that too.
This understanding allows you to approach life with clarity and confidence. It gives you the courage to make deliberate choices, knowing that every step you take shapes the path ahead. Even small shifts in your actions today can create profound changes in your tomorrow. If you long for kindness, give kindness. If you seek abundance, act from a mindset of abundance. If you desire peace, cultivate it within yourself.
There is no need to wait for the perfect moment or for the world to align just so. The moment you decide to act with purpose, the universe begins to adjust its course in response. This is the dance of cause and effect, a natural law that is as steady and dependable as gravity. Trust in it, and trust in your ability to shape your reality. You are not powerless, and your life is not at the mercy of chance. You are the artist, and the universe is your canvas, waiting to reflect the masterpiece you choose to create.

"Everything has its masculine and feminine principles."
A truth that transcends biology and speaks to the very core of creation itself. Within each of us lies a delicate interplay of these energies—the masculine, assertive and active, and the feminine, receptive and nurturing. These forces are not opposites but complements, working together to bring balance, harmony, and creativity into our lives. When they align, they create a dynamic flow that fosters growth and fulfillment. But when one dominates, we find ourselves out of sync, either stagnant in overaction or stuck in inaction.
Take a moment to reflect on your own inner energies. There are times when life calls for boldness, for stepping forward and taking action—the essence of the masculine principle. But there are also times when the greatest strength lies in surrender, in opening yourself to receive and allowing things to unfold—the essence of the feminine. Both are equally vital, and neither can thrive without the other. Consider where you might be leaning too far in one direction. Are you pushing too hard, trying to control every outcome, and burning yourself out? Or are you holding back, waiting too long, and resisting the natural flow of opportunity?
The beauty of this principle is that it doesn’t stop at the individual level. It weaves into every relationship, every interaction, and every creative process. In relationships, these energies play out in the way we give and receive, the way we support and are supported. Honoring both principles in yourself allows you to honor them in others. When you embrace this balance, you create space for relationships to flourish in harmony and mutual respect.
These principles are not just intellectual concepts or abstract ideas. They are living tools, profound guides for transformation. When you contemplate them, you begin to see how they shape every aspect of existence—from the smallest decision you make to the grandest acts of creation. By applying them with intention, you unlock a deeper alignment with the flow of the universe. You begin to see that the universe is not working against you but in harmony with your deepest truths, waiting for you to step into balance and claim your potential.
Remember, my dear friends, mastery begins within. It is a quiet journey of observation and adjustment, of tuning into your inner self and harmonizing what you find there. The more you align with these principles, the more life reveals its secrets, and the more the universe reflects back the beauty of your true essence. Trust this process, and trust yourself. The path is always there, waiting for you to walk it.
Yours on the path,

Raven Cain

We will be having the Sacred Circle tomorrow at 4pm. We hope to see you all there.

The Seven Hermetic Principles come from the book The Kybalion, attributed to three initiates, and are foundational concepts in Hermetic philosophy. These principles encapsulate the universal laws that govern the cosmos and human experience. Here they are:

The Principle of Mentalism:

"The All is Mind; the Universe is Mental."
This principle asserts that everything in existence originates from and is sustained by the Universal Mind. Our reality is a mental construct, and consciousness is the fundamental reality.
The Principle of Correspondence:

"As above, so below; as below, so above."
This highlights the interconnectedness between different levels of reality. The macrocosm (the universe) reflects the microcosm (the individual) and vice versa, allowing us to understand higher truths by studying lower phenomena.
The Principle of Vibration:

"Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates."
Everything in the universe is in a constant state of motion or vibration, from the densest matter to the subtlest energies. The difference between various manifestations of matter and energy lies in their vibrational frequency.
The Principle of Polarity:

"Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites."
All things have their opposites, such as hot and cold, light and dark. These opposites are actually the same thing differing only in degree, allowing transformation by shifting polarity.
The Principle of Rhythm:

"Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides."
Life is characterized by cycles and rhythms. Just like the pendulum swings back and forth, everything in existence has a natural flow, rise, and fall.
The Principle of Cause and Effect:

"Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause."
Nothing happens by chance. Every event is the result of a cause, and every action sets off a chain of effects. Understanding this allows one to rise above being a pawn of circumstance.
The Principle of Gender:

"Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine and Feminine Principles."
This principle refers to the dual nature of creation, where masculine (active, dynamic) and feminine (receptive, nurturing) energies exist in all things. True creation requires the balance of these energies.
These principles are designed to aid in spiritual understanding, personal development, and mastery of life's deeper mysteries.
