Siera Heaton is a licensed therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her own struggles with chronic pain and other health issues throughout her teens and college years led her to explore various paths to healing. Along the way, she discovered how trauma can become stored in the body and how relating to ourselves in new ways can support emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
