I just got back from a trip to Montana (hello, Ponderosa Pines 🌲) and brought home more than souvenirs—I brought back a reminder of how mindfulness can turn ordinary moments into lasting memories.

From airport chaos to river balancing acts, I used mindfulness to slow down and actually enjoy the ride.
