As we approach the closing of our beloved studio, it is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that I invite you to our last Yin Yoga session at this location. Our talented collective of instructors is actively exploring alternative venues to continue our journey together, so stay tuned! Friday, 6/27 @ Euphoria Yoga! Just $10 (Bring a friend for FREE!) Let’s come together to cultivate gratitude through this intentional and quiet practice. We’ll embrace the calming energy of Yin Yoga and conclude our session enveloped in a soothingly long savasana, accompanied by the sweet healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

This Friday, June 20th Desiree is subbing for the yin yoga class at 6pm! Anita will be back next week! Let’s give our bodies some time to be relaxed in stillness and our mind to be present in the moment.

Join Desiree for Hot Power Yoga at Thursdays at 6pm and Satueday at 8am.
Power yoga offers dynamic and intense poses/movement that combines strength training and cardiovascular exercise, leading to increased strength, flexibility, and improved cardiovascular health. This class still allows time at the beginning and end of class for stillness and slower poses that you can sink into to release tension. And let’s not forget those cool lavender wash clothes at the end!
