I am a Personl Trainer, certified group fitness instructor and have been teaching in the fitness world since 1989. dge and skill from youth to seniors. I was awarded Instructor of the Year through the YMCA of Greater Saint Paul. I am a competent trainer and public presenter, with a sincere and genuine teaching style. I continue to study in all areas of interest and am also studying nutrition, weight and wellness. I teach at YMCA's, churches, schools, corporations, community education centers, retreats, Chiropractic/Therapeutic offices and Women's correctional facilities. I work out of my home at Judy's Studio and at the Northwest family YMCA. I am dedicated to helping people enjoy achieving a sense of health and well being. Certifications Include:

My intention is to guide you in finding your inner and outer strengths, as well as balance, circulation and coordination, flexibility and endurance, by teaching and guiding through a variety of mindful movement. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and work around your needs. I incorporate spirituality in my teaching as I feel it enriches us and creates a more powerful experience.
