Usually at the end of a hectic day or week we think of having a cocktail but what if you changed your thinking and took out the alcohol. Removing alcohol has proven to help you sleep better, lowers aggression and anxiety, and plus prevents dehydration.
I think, especially women, we are always buying things to hydrate our skin or Botox, facials, etc. what if you changed your inside to help with your outside??
Skin care, physical fitness, and emotional stability truly begins on the inside, not the outside. Try this fresh mocktail at home before or after coming to Camp
Feeling Fresh Mocktail
1. Adding Sparkling water to anything can make it better. This bubbly addition makes the drink feel special. I use plain sparkling water or club soda, but a citrus-flavored sparkling water would work, as well.
2. Grapefruit juice. I think this tastes best when you can squeeze your own fresh grapefruit juice, but bottled juice will work in a pinch. The bitterness of the grapefruit mimics the flavor of a real cocktail, minus the alcohol.
3. Orange juice. You can squeeze your own or start with bottled juice.
Add an orange or lemon slice to make it feel even better!

Here are a few other recipes to try out!
🍹Mock Moscow Mule. Add the juice of half a lime to a glass of iced ginger beer. Instead of using vodka, you can dilute it with a splash of sparkling water for extra bubbles, and serve it in copper mugs for an authentic look.
🍹Mock Margarita. Combine a 1/4 cup orange juice with 2 tablespoons each of lemon juice and lime juice. Serve over ice, with a splash of sparkling water if you’d like a bubbly drink. You can sweeten with agave nectar or maple syrup, to taste.
🍹Mojito Mocktail. Made with fresh lime juice and sparkling water, this drink comes together fast thanks to a minty simple syrup that’s naturally sweetened.
