Athletes do not get better by accident. They get better through consistent training.

Meet Elias Roelfsema, our Performance Specialist at Advanced Physical Therapy.

His philosophy is simple: enjoy practicing what you want to improve. When athletes enjoy the process, they stay consistent. And that is where real progress happens.

Train smarter. Move better. Perform at your best.

Now offering sports performance and personal training sessions at our North Little Rock and Maumelle locations.

If you are 55+, are you strength training yet?

Our very own Sarah Walker recently spoke at LifeQuest of Arkansas about building bone density and muscle strength, and the room was full of motivated lifelong learners.

Strength is not just about muscles.
It is about balance, confidence, and staying independent.

What an incredible night at our Galentine’s Women’s Health Experience 💗

Our clinic was filled with conversation, connection, education, and so much encouragement. Seeing so many women gather to learn, ask questions, and support one another reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

The ladies speaking panel was truly the highlight of the evening. Each provider shared honest insight, practical guidance, and personal passion around topics like pelvic health, stress, hormones, preventive care, and whole-body wellness. It was powerful to watch women lean in, engage, and realize they are not alone in what they’re experiencing.

Thank you to every woman who showed up, every panelist who poured into this community, and every partner who helped make the night special. We are grateful for the opportunity to educate, empower, and advocate for women’s health in Central Arkansas.

We can’t wait to do it again 💙

Our Story

We are a group of therapists who are passionate about people! We specialize in therapy for pelvic conditions such as incontinence and pelvic pain, as well as any other joint pain or post-surgical diagnosis. Millions of people have experienced an incontinent episode in their lifetime. Many have experienced the hardships of these problems for years. Patients report they have just resigned themselves to the fact of having to wear protection devices (ie- Depends pads). The conditions don't just affect the elderly population. Post-partum women also experience f***l and urinary incontinence, especially after episiotomies. Whether you suffer from chronic back pain including degenerative disc disease or have knee pain, we have the help you need. At Advanced Physical Therapy, we have specialists who provide therapy that will cure your pelvic floor dysfunction over 88% of the time if you are a compliant patient. In addition to this therapy, we also specialize in working with expectant mothers to assist them with pelvic pain and other pre and post delivery problems. Please give us a call or request a referral from your physician. We work very hard to get the word out about our services and would LOVE TO BE YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPISTS. Let us know how we can improve your quality of life!
