With over seven years of experience as a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Elysia brings a dynamic, integrative approach to fitness and rehabilitation. She holds a Movement Performance Therapy Specialist credential and has completed extensive coursework through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), equipping her to work effectively with clients recovering from injury or improving performance.

As a former competitive bodybuilder, she blends firsthand athletic experience with a deep understanding of human movement. Her training style focuses on restoring balanced movement patterns, improving function, and building strength that carries over into everyday life.
