🏡 Recently, we celebrated the dedication of Napier House—the newest house in our program, designed to help girls in our care build independence, strengthen social skills, and prepare for their next step—whether that's returning home, joining a new community, or transitioning to another level of care.

Named in honor of our former CEO, David Napier, this home reflects his legacy of compassion and commitment to youth mental health. We were deeply moved to have David and his family join us for the dedication ceremony.

Last week, our team attended the DCFS Supervisors Conference here in Little Rock and it was such a great experience! They connected with so many amazing workers who currently have kids in our care, have applied to one of our programs in the past, or who aren't yet familiar with our programs. We are always grateful for the chance to build relationships, meet new faces, and share more about what we do at Youth Home.

This week, our Chief Regulatory Officer, Beverly Foti, was honored at the Child Welfare Agency Review Board meeting for 16 years of dedicated service.

As she wraps up her term, we are filled with gratitude—for Beverly’s leadership and for the guidance the Child Welfare Agency Review Board has offered our organization over the years.

* Soulful music and that Inspired personal reflections and connection.
* A delicious soul‑food spread served by The Grind Coffee Bistro, keeping us fueled and smiling.

A heartfelt thank-you to The Diversity Booth, Inc and our internal HR team for organizing the event; your dedication made this celebration shine. And big thanks to Coffy Davis, Katina Booth White, every attendee, and The Grind Coffee House of Garrett & Mobile Espresso Bar for making the day unforgettable.
