This training is designed for individuals who want a deeper understanding of how members of their communities are impacted by trauma and how that impacts the community at large. This training is designed to educate you how a mindful yoga practice can positively impact the healing process from traumatic experiences. The curriculum is based on the yoga education, yoga experiences, professional credentials, and academic scientific research of our team of trainers.
This training is intended for all people of color (BIPOC), school teachers, medical workers, behavioral health professionals, corporate human resource professionals, and anyone else that works with and serves diverse communities.
