Good morning all! I have a couple of quick announcements for you!

1. There will be a schedule change for Carmi from now on! Heather has started her new adventure with Carmi Therapeutic Massage and I wish her the absolute best! So with that being said, I will no longer be at Heathers from 12-12:30. BUT I will stay longer at Pats!

To all my weight loss friends!! Maggie's Kitchen will be in Mcleansboro beside Deep South and CrossFit Hamco. I’ve told many of you about the convenience of Maggie’s Meals but if I never have, here is the page to follow 💙

I have been a little MIA on here, blame the kids for their constant runny noses and passing sicknesses back and forth lol. But I wanted to give a few updates!
