Today was our very first pool tournament, and what a blast it was! 🎱🍗 Big thanks to our host for putting on such a fun event—the food and wings were delicious, and the atmosphere was unbeatable.

We’re proud to say the Salterra Sea Serpents snagged 2nd place 🥈 (guess we need a little more practice 😅). Don’t worry though—we’ll be back, ready to take that #1 spot next time! 💪🐍

Huge thanks again to everyone who organized and supported this tournament. Can’t wait for the next one!

🎉☀️ What a Month! July Highlights at Salterra at Melbourne 🇺🇸🎄

Whew — what a month it's been here at Salterra at Melbourne! July has been full of energy, celebration, and firsts, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything we’ve accomplished together.

We kicked things off with our first-ever Senior Trivia Bowl at the Titusville Elks Lodge 2113 🧠🏆, followed by a festive 4th of July celebration 🇺🇸, and a heartfelt Veterans Pinning Ceremony honoring our heroes (thank you American Legion Post 81). 🎖️❤️

We were thrilled to welcome the Patriotic Puppet Show with Calvary Chapel Only 4 Him Performing (thank you Donna), adding laughter and joy to our week. 🎭🇺🇸

Then came a sprinkle of holiday cheer with our cozy Christmas in July celebration with Adrian and Santa's Elf (thank you, Mederi Caretenders Hospice) —hot cocoa bar and all! ☕🎄

We wrapped things up with our always-fun Monthly Birthday Bash (thank you, VITAS Hospice! 🎂🎉) and made a splash by launching our first-ever pool league, the Salterra Sea Serpents! (thank you Susan, Assisting Hands) 🐍🎱

We may be a little tired… but we’re smiling, and we can’t wait for what’s next. Stay tuned—more fun is just around the corner!

On July 3rd, we had the privilege of honoring our Veterans with a heartfelt recognition ceremony. A sincere thank you to the American Legion Post 81 Color Guard and the Post 81 Ambassadors Brass Ensemble for their moving participation.

We also extend our gratitude to Mederi Caretenders Hospice - Viera for their support in helping organize such a meaningful event.

To all the veterans, their families, and friends—your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten. We are deeply appreciative of all you do.
