There are moments in the course of our lives in which we feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, confused, or stuck. The decision to reach out to a counselor takes courage and shows an admirable willingness to work towards growth and positive change. I am honored to accompany you on that journey toward healing and emotional well-being. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes in the importance of providing a warm, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for therapy. I use an integrative approach which incorporates person-centered and strengths-based principles with elements of mindfulness based CBT. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, specifically on issues pertaining to life transitions, infidelity, divorce, parenting/ co-parenting concerns, depression, anxiety, and trauma. It's normal to feel somewhat anxious about making that first call, but I encourage you to reach out via phone or email to see if we might be a good fit.
