She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Preventive Medicine Residency and obtained her MPH at Nova Southeastern University. She has been the Medical Director at Ideal Image in Melbourne Florida for over 15 years, practicing

Nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle have always been a cornerstone in my life. Many years ago, I became involved in and passionate about CrossFit. Throughout that journey, I was surrounded by amazing fitness and nutrition coaches that assisted me in achieving personal goals that I never thought would be possible.
