Public Statement Regarding Gucci Raffle Prize
We Stand by the Authenticity of Our Raffle Gift
At Q Aesthetics, we are deeply committed to providing our clients with genuine service, ethical practices, and memorable experiences.
Recently, a guest who received a Gucci handbag as the grand prize in our February Valentine's event has made serious public accusations about the authenticity of the item.
We feel it is important to address the situation with complete transparency and set the record straight for our valued clients and community.
We want to clarify the facts:
- The Gucci Interlocking G Leather Shoulder Bag was purchased from Gilt, a well-established U.S. luxury retailer known for sourcing authentic designer goods.
- The bag was brand new, never used, and came from the personal collection of our owner's wife, a longtime VIP member at Gilt, with a flawless history of authenticity from them.
- The bag was gifted in good faith, completely free of charge, to the randomly drawn winner, who had received a single raffle ticket after purchasing a treatment.
- We have since obtained a certificate of authenticity from LegitGrails, a leading third-party luxury authentication service. The bag has been confirmed as 100% authentic.
- We also have a verified purchase receipt from Gilt, which we have shared privately with the proper authorities and are happy to show in person to any legitimate reviewer or investigator.
- Gilt 's customer support reaffirmed their commitment to authenticity, confirming their strict sourcing standards for all merchandise sold.
The recipient later returned the bag, citing the following reasons for believing it was fake:
- The bag not coming in a box
- A "controllato" card bearing a generic number (a standard quality control insert, not a certificate of authenticity)
- A non-functional tag on the Gucci app
Despite no formal authentication proof ever being provided to support these claims, we refunded the full treatment amount, even though the bag was a free gift and the service was rendered months ago.
It's important to note that when the bag was returned, it showed clear signs of use, including scratches and corner wear. If the winner truly believed the bag was fake from the beginning, we respectfully question why it was used for several months before returning it.
We understand that luxury goods come with high expectations, and we take every concern seriously. However, we will not tolerate false accusations, harassment, or threats against our clinic or our staff, especially when we've acted with full transparency and integrity throughout this situation.
We want to reassure our loyal clients and community:
- We never have and never will knowingly provide fake goods.
- Our events and raffles are conducted fairly, with real prizes and real winners.
- Our business is built on honesty, quality, and the trust of our loyal clients.
